Late cancellation:
Patients are recommended to come in five minutes earlier than their scheduled time to prepare. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, their appointment will be canceled. However, in the event that there is still some time to do some areas we will do our best to accomplish what we can.
We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment by phone or text more than 36 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 50% service charge for all late cancellations; please do cancel in advance.
Bundle purchase expiration:
Bundle purchases of 8 and 12 expire in 2 years time.

No refunds
